Hi, I’m Anna.

I became a widow on the 13th of February 2021, when my husband Andy, died after a long battle with cancer. Although his death was expected, I felt totally lost and couldn’t see how I would ever be ok again.

I read lots of books to help me, but I found I needed something more hopeful, beautiful and uplifting. This has led me to write and illustrate the book / journal I wish I’d had – A Journey Through Grief.

In it, I share my story, insights and journal entries, charting how I went from despair to living a life where I have found joy and peace again.

A Journey Through Grief offers hope and guidance, showing you how to rebuild a meaningful life and rediscover happiness after loss.

If you can answer “Yes” to any of the following questions, then A Journey Through Grief is the book for you.

Do you feel lost and alone after losing your life partner or another loved one?

Are you worried that this heartbreak and pain will never ease?

Do you wonder how you’ll ever heal or find a way to live without them?

Do you long to build a new life that honours their memory and supports you, but fear that moving forward might mean losing them all over again?
